Paula Rhinehart

Serving clients in the energy industry and consulting for more than three decades, Paula is a proven project and program manager. Her expertise includes asset/acquisition integration, software selection and implementation, data governance and conversion, innovation, and disruptive technologies. Prior to joining Boxley Group, she spent 14 years at Sirius Solutions, LLLP in consultancy, advisory, and as Managing Director over Energy & Technology. Prior to that, she worked for 10 years at Plains All American Pipeline L.P. over their Revenue & Regulatory team. Her upstream experience included working for UNOCAL and several independent operating companies. Paula is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
